Our manufacturing plant is an ISO 9001:2015 certified one and possesses high-quality management systems pertaining to activities of manufacturing coir pith substrate-based products
Our main coconut husk processing facilities are located in the heart of the Coconut Triangle of Sri Lanka where we have not only become one with the members of these rural economies but an integral part of their communities.

Our in-house production capabilities are enhanced through a web of material suppliers and independent processors who feed into our three production plants located at the corners of the Coconut Triangle. The entire supply and manufacturing process are under the supervision and control of our highly qualified technical team, who play a vital role in our Quality Assurance.
This ‘Community Engaged Production’ structure affords us a remarkably high degree of production variation but also allows us to deliver High Volume Orders, On Time and To Spec whilst Growing the local Rural Economy.
